Skwizzo® Bubble Merge is now available: bubbles, Halloween and 1000 levels
As of today, 28 September 2026, Skwizzo Bubble Merge is available on Google Play for Android. The second mobile game developed in-house by Quaradur Industries after Skwizzo Block Jam, it is a Halloween-themed puzzle in which bubbles containing items merge when two matching ones come into contact. This article presents its main features.
The game
The player drags a bubble, takes aim and releases it: the bubble bounces, rolls and pushes the others. When two bubbles holding the same item touch, they merge into one, which moves on to the next stage. Each level requires certain items to be obtained within a limited number of moves and a maximum time, and in every level a 3D cauldron bubbles away with a potion in the colour of the zone.
The Adventure: 1000 levels in 40 chapters
The main path comprises 1000 levels divided into 40 chapters; the sky changes every 50 levels, for twenty settings in all. Every win awards coins, which can be used to buy power-ups and lives, while lives refill automatically over time. After a defeat, the level can be resumed from the point reached by watching a video.
20 mechanics introduced gradually
Each mechanic is explained the first time it appears. The repertoire includes trampolines and ice trampolines, wind, linked portals, moving cages and spikes; bombs, frozen bubbles and crates to be broken; cobwebs, one-way veils and sliding tombstones; turn-based gates and pads; whirlpools, bats, fused bubbles, mystery bubbles, chains and ghost bubbles. The playing fields take 20 different shapes.
Four power-ups
Pair merges a pair of matching bubbles in the player’s place; Bombs provides three explosions to clear space; Extra moves adds five moves to finish the level; Magnet makes matching bubbles tend to merge on their own for a short period. Power-ups unlock progressively as the Adventure advances.
The Endless Night
A three-minute game, identical for all players. A potion rises from the bottom of the field, ever faster, puncturing the bubbles it touches; each merge pushes it down, while two matching bubbles at the final stage turn into points. As the sky goes from dark to dawn, curses come into play, namely frost, crates, fuses, fog, chains and ghosts, and the field changes shape every night. If the potion reaches the brim, the game ends early: what counts is the record score.
Ghost Challenge and Recipe of the Day
Ghost Challenge consists of replaying a level that has already been completed against the replay of the player’s fastest win: to prevail, fewer moves are needed and, if the moves are equal, time decides. Recipe of the Day offers a new challenge every day, the same for everyone, with the same ingredients and the same field, to be completed in as few moves as possible; for coins, the first attempt counts. The difficulty increases from Monday to Sunday, each successful recipe adds a vial to the collection, and seven consecutive days are worth 300 coins and a power-up.
Replays and collection
When replays are enabled, the game records matches, which can be watched again like a video, forwards and backwards and at up to 4x speed, and are divided into Adventure, The Endless Night and Recipe of the Day. The collection comprises 800 Halloween-themed items, 500 for the Adventure and 300 for Recipe of the Day, each in three stages, and 1366 vials: one for every completed level, plus those from the Recipes.
Access model
Skwizzo Bubble Merge is free and contains ads. Purchases are optional (coins, power-ups, bundles and removal of banner and pop-up ads), while rewarded videos remain available for those who choose to watch them. No account is required; by linking Google Play Games, progress and purchases can be recovered when changing device. The game is available in Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Japanese and requires an internet connection.

Skwizzo Bubble Merge is available on Google Play. The project page on this site collects the screenshots and a description of each area of the game. No date has yet been set for the iOS version: it will be announced on this site and on the official channels of Quaradur Industries.
