Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the Quaradur Industries website. Please read them carefully: by using the site you accept them in full.

1. Site operator

This website is operated by Quaradur Industries, with registered offices at Via Vicinale Masseria Vecchia, Giugliano in Campania (NA), Italy, Italian VAT number 11055331216. For any communication regarding the site you can write to support@quaradurindustries.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the site, of the content published on it and of the information about the products developed by Quaradur Industries. The site is informational and presents the company and its projects; it does not currently allow the purchase of goods or services.

3. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the site or using its content you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full. If you do not wish to accept them, please do not use the site.

4. Access requirements

The site is aimed at a general audience. Minors are asked to use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Any specific age requirements for using our applications and games will be stated on the relevant store listings.

5. Permitted use of the site

You undertake to use the site lawfully and in compliance with applicable law. In particular, it is prohibited to alter or attempt to alter the operation of the site, to access areas or data not intended for the public, to extract content in an automated and systematic manner, to introduce harmful code, or to use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

The trademarks, logos, names and distinctive signs on the site, including «Quaradur Industries» and «Skwizzo Block Jam», belong to Quaradur Industries. They may not be used without the company’s prior written consent. Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to for identification purposes only.

8. Projects in development

Information about products, applications and games under development is purely descriptive. Features, content, release dates, supported platforms and availability may be changed or discontinued at any time and do not constitute an offer to the public or a contractual commitment.

9. Applications and games

The applications and games developed by Quaradur Industries, once available, are licensed for personal use on a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis, and are not sold. Downloading and using them through third-party digital stores is also subject to the terms of those platforms. Any product-specific terms will be made available at the time of publication.

10. Communications sent by users

Communications sent voluntarily through the contact details published on the site are not treated as confidential. You warrant that you have the right to send what you submit and undertake not to send unlawful, offensive or infringing content. Ideas and suggestions sent spontaneously may be used without giving rise to any obligation of confidentiality or payment.

11. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to sites or services operated by third parties, provided solely for your convenience. Quaradur Industries does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, their availability or the data processing they carry out.

12. Availability of the site

Quaradur Industries works to keep the site running properly but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended, limited or discontinued at any time for technical work, maintenance, updates or reasons outside the company’s control.

The content of the site is provided «as is», without warranty as to completeness, accuracy or currency. Nothing published constitutes professional advice of any kind.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quaradur Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from access to the site, its use or the inability to use it, nor for the possible presence of viruses or harmful elements. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law remains unaffected, in particular in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in relation to consumers.

15. Indemnity

You undertake to hold Quaradur Industries harmless from claims, damages and costs, including legal costs, arising from use of the site in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Quaradur Industries reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, including to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes, and to modify, suspend or discontinue the site in whole or in part. Changes take effect once published on the site, and the date shown at the top indicates the latest update.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any more favourable mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence of a user qualifying as a consumer remain unaffected.

20. Jurisdiction and disputes

For disputes with users qualifying as consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile, where located in Italy. For all other disputes the Court of Naples has exclusive jurisdiction. The right to use the alternative dispute resolution procedures provided for by applicable law remains unaffected.

21. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected and they continue to apply in full.
