This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit the Quaradur Industries website, for what purposes, and what rights you can exercise under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Quaradur Industries, with registered offices at Via Vicinale Masseria Vecchia, Giugliano in Campania (NA), Italy, Italian VAT number 11055331216. For any request concerning data protection you can write to support@quaradurindustries.com.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers only the processing carried out through this website. The applications and games published by Quaradur Industries will have their own privacy notice, made available at the time of publication on the relevant digital stores.
3. Data collected automatically
As with any website, the infrastructure hosting these pages records some technical data needed to run and secure the service: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is not used to identify users, nor cross-referenced with other information.
4. Data you send us
If you write to the email address published on the site, we process the data contained in your message: email address, your name if you give it, and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send data that is not necessary, in particular data revealing origin, health, political opinions or religious beliefs.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Browsing data is processed to keep the site running and secure, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data contained in emails is processed in order to reply to the request received, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or of the legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Where legal obligations apply, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c).
6. Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies, necessary for it to work and to store your preferences. No analytics tools or profiling cookies are active. The preferences panel, always reachable from the site, lets you review your choice at any time; any future activation of non-essential tools will only happen with your consent.
7. Whether providing data is required
Providing your data is entirely voluntary. Not providing contact details simply means we cannot reply to you.
8. Who receives the data
Data may be processed by the technical suppliers providing hosting and email services, appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disclosed, transferred or sold to third parties.
9. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Should a supplier process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of standard contractual clauses, with the supplementary safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR.
10. Retention period
Browsing data is kept for as long as technically necessary and in any case no longer than twelve months, save where needed to investigate offences. Communications received by email are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the period useful to document the exchanges that took place.
11. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To exercise these rights write to support@quaradurindustries.com: we will reply within one month, extendable by two months for particularly complex requests.
12. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you habitually reside.
13. No automated decision-making
The site carries out no automated decision-making and no profiling.
14. Minors
The site is not specifically aimed at minors and does not knowingly collect their data. Any age limits for using our games will be stated on the relevant store listings.
15. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and regular system updates.
16. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The date shown at the top indicates the latest revision, and material changes will be signalled on the site.
