Skwizzo® Bubble Merge Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Back to the project

By downloading or using Skwizzo® Bubble Merge you accept these terms: on first launch the game shows them to you and asks you to tap “OK”. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to play, because acceptance is mandatory. Skwizzo Bubble Merge is published by Quaradur Industries. Contact: support@quaradurindustries.com.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Skwizzo Bubble Merge on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use.

The game — code, graphics, sounds, levels, name and logo — remains the property of us or of those who licensed it to us. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell it, or distribute modified copies.

The terms of the store you downloaded the game from also apply. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Your account and your progress

We create no account: for cloud saves we use the one you already have with Google (on Android) or with Apple (Game Center and iCloud, on iPhone and iPad). When linking happens, including on its own at first launch, and how to stop it, is explained in section 2 of the Privacy Policy.

Progress is not transferable property: it is the state of a game, saved on your device and, if your account is linked, in the cloud, as described in the Privacy Policy. It cannot be sold, transferred or traded.

You are responsible for the security of your Google or Apple account. If you lose it, you lose access to the cloud copy tied to that account: on Android we cannot recover it for you, because we have no access to that space; on iPhone and iPad the copy is tied to your iCloud account and we do not move it to another account.

On iPhone and iPad up to three accounts are involved, and they may differ from one another: Game Center (who you are), iCloud (where the copy of your progress lives) and Media & Purchases (who pays). If you change them, the game you see and the purchases you own may change too.

One device at a time. The game is meant to be open on one device at a time with the same account. If you open it elsewhere, the game moves to the new device and a notice appears on the previous one.

3. Purchases

The game offers optional purchases of virtual goods (coins, power-ups and bundles).

  • The seller is the store, not us: Google Play on Android, Apple on iPhone and iPad. Payment, billing and refunds follow their terms: Google Play https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en — App Store https://support.apple.com/118223
  • Virtual goods have no real-world value, are not convertible into money and are not refundable by us.
  • Consumable goods (such as coins, power-ups and bundles) are used up. Any non-consumable goods remain tied to your Google or Apple account and can be restored from the game's Settings with “Restore Purchases”.
  • Bundles deliver their contents immediately, which stay in the game in which you received them (and in its cloud copy, if your account is linked).
  • Without a linked account, consumable goods only count on the device where you bought them: if you change device or reinstall the game, coins, lives and power-ups do not come back.
  • If you switch game profile, goods follow the game in which they were purchased. Restoring purchases returns non-consumable goods; coins already spent are not returned.
  • We may change prices and the content of offers, but never take away what you have already bought.

4. Rules of use

You may not:

  • modify the game or use external tools to alter scores, coins, progress or advertising;
  • circumvent purchase or single-session controls;
  • use the game for unlawful activity, or in ways that harm other users or us.

If you do, we may withdraw access to cloud-connected features. The progress already saved on your device still remains yours: we do not lock anyone out of their own game.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The game uses Google services on Android (Play Games, Play Billing, in-app updates and reviews), Apple services on iPhone and iPad (Game Center, iCloud, App Store, review request) and the advertising networks Google AdMob, Unity Ads and Liftoff, which provide rewarded ads (videos that you choose to watch). AdMob also acts as the mediation layer: it puts the networks in competition on every request and may pass it on to other advertising partners. Each of them has its own terms, which govern your relationship with them. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads: if an ad strikes you as misleading or inappropriate you can report it to us and we will pass it on to the network, but the decision on which ads to run remains theirs.

The game shows only rewarded ads, which you watch if you want: there are no banners or full-screen ads. Refunds for purchases follow the store's terms (section 3).

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability, updates and discontinuation

Skwizzo Bubble Merge does not require an internet connection to play, whether or not you have linked an account. Without a network you play on the device and, if your account is linked, the cloud copy is updated as soon as the connection returns; purchases and rewarded ads, however, need the network.

On Android, when a newer version is available on Google Play, the game stops and asks you to update it before continuing.

We do our best to keep the game working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Cloud features depend on Google's and Apple's services and on your connection, which we do not control.

We may update, change or discontinue the game or individual features. Should we discontinue the cloud service entirely, the progress on your device remains yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or loss of progress caused by device failure, uninstallation, data deletion by you, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, in particular those under European legislation.

8. Children

Skwizzo Bubble Merge is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor, use the game — and purchases in particular — only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, where authentication can be required for every transaction: it is the simplest way to avoid unintended spending.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update them. If a change is substantial we will update the date above and make it visible in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play means accepting the updated version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you remain protected by the mandatory rules of your country and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
