By downloading or using Skwizzo® Block Jam you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the game. Skwizzo Block Jam is published by Quaradur Industries. Contact: support@quaradurindustries.com.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Skwizzo Block Jam on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use.
The game — code, graphics, sounds, levels, name and logo — remains our property. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell it, or distribute modified copies.
2. Your account and your progress
We create no account: we use, only if you link it, the one you already have with Google.
Progress is not transferable property: it is the state of a game, saved on your device and — if you choose — in your storage space at Google. It cannot be sold, transferred or traded.
You are responsible for the security of your Google account. If you lose it, you lose access to the save file inside it, and we cannot recover it for you: we have no access to that space.
One device at a time. The game is meant to be open on one device at a time with the same account. If you open it elsewhere, the game moves to the new device and a notice appears on the previous one.
3. Purchases
The game offers optional purchases of virtual goods (coins, items, ad removal).
- The seller is Google Play, not us. Payment, billing and refunds follow its terms: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
- Virtual goods have no real-world value, are not convertible into money and are not refundable by us.
- Consumable goods (such as coins) are used up. Non-consumable goods (such as ad removal) remain tied to your Google account and can be restored from within the game.
- If you switch game profile, goods follow the game in which they were purchased. Restoring purchases returns non-consumable goods; coins already spent are not returned.
- We may change prices and the content of offers, but never take away what you have already bought.
4. Rules of use
You may not:
- modify the game or use external tools to alter scores, coins, progress or advertising;
- circumvent purchase or single-session controls;
- use the game for unlawful activity, or in ways that harm other users or us.
If you do, we may withdraw access to cloud-connected features. The progress already saved on your device still remains yours: we do not lock anyone out of their own game.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The game uses Google services (Play Games, Play Billing, in-app updates and reviews) and the advertising networks Google AdMob and AppLovin (MAX), which provide banners, interstitials and rewarded ads. AppLovin also acts as a mediation layer and may pass an ad request on to other advertising partners. Each of them has its own terms, which govern your relationship with them. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads: if an ad strikes you as misleading or inappropriate you can report it to us and we will pass it on to the network, but the decision on which ads to run remains theirs.
If you purchase the ad removal from the in-game shop, ads stop being shown on that account. It is a non-consumable purchase: it can be restored, but not refunded, because it has already been delivered.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability, updates and discontinuation
Skwizzo Block Jam requires an internet connection to run, even if you link no account. Without a connection the game says so and does not continue. This is not a temporary limitation: it is how the game is built, and you should know it before downloading.
We do our best to keep the game working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Cloud features depend on Google's services and on your connection, which we do not control.
We may update, change or discontinue the game or individual features. Should we discontinue the cloud service entirely, the progress on your device remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or loss of progress caused by device failure, uninstallation, data deletion by you, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, in particular those under European legislation.
8. Children
Skwizzo Block Jam is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor, use the game — and in particular purchases — only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update them. If a change is substantial we will update the date above and make it visible in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play means accepting the updated version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you remain protected by the mandatory rules of your country and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
